How the rebate system works:

Example

Spend $199 (including GST) on Curl Off on your birthday!

 

Chapter 2 will credit 50% of the points into your Chapter 2 card, excluding GST.

The points credited will be calculated as follows:

$199 minus 7% GST = $185.98 x 50% = 93 points.

 

You will then be able to use the points in the card on your next visit at Chapter 2.

 

On your next visit, for example, if you have 93 points in your card from previous visits,

and this time you have a haircut for $28, then you can use 28 points to offset the $28

haircut. The haircut will be free!

 

If you have a service for $100 and have 93 points in your card from previous visit,

then you will need to pay $7 in cash.

 

However, no points will be awarded for the $7 paid in cash. As such, we do encourag

customers to accumulate the points and redeem for a full service, instead of using

the points to pay for the service partially.

Terms & Conditions

• Card must be produced prior to payment to enjoy the rebates.
• Not valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated.
• Card can be used for collection or redemption of points.
• On a single visit, if redemption of points is selected, then no further points will be awarded on the remaining amount spent.
• Points awarded are based on amount spent excluding GST.
• Card is valid for 2 years from date of purchase.
• An admin fee of $10 is applicable for replacement of lost cards.
• Chapter 2 reserves the right to adjust, alter or amend card terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
